Your email is used for account management, service notifications, and billing communication. Phone numbers you submit are sent to our third-party validation provider solely for carrier lookup. We do not use submitted numbers for any other purpose.
3. Data retention
Validation results are stored so you can view your batch history and export data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Account data is retained until you delete your account. We do not retain raw phone numbers beyond the validation results you see in your dashboard.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared with our validation provider exclusively for the purpose of performing carrier lookups. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. No third-party cookies are set by our service.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. API communication is encrypted via HTTPS. We regularly review our security practices and promptly address any vulnerabilities. If you discover a security issue, please email us immediately.
