Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
1. Service
NumTrue provides phone number validation services via web interface and API. One credit equals one lookup. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure. Any activity originating from your account or API key is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without explicit written permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Data and Privacy
Phone numbers you submit are sent to our third-party validation provider for carrier lookup only. We do not store submitted numbers beyond what is necessary to show you results. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service.
5. Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, data loss, or third-party provider outages.
6. Limitation of Liability
NumTrue is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy of validation results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
